Research On The Characteirstics Of Syndromes And Prescriptions Of Palpitation (Arrhythmias) Upsetting

Objective:To establish information databases of palpitations records， withpalpitation (arrhythmias) ancient and modern basis as the research subject;Then analyzethe data in the database information， By using the method of data mining includingfrequency analysis，factor analysis，inspection，stepwise discriminant analysis，ruleanalysis， improved mutual information method， the complex system entropyclustering and unsupervised entropy clustering hierarchy， etc to find the law of thesyndrome and prescription of palpitation upset.Methods:1.collection of data.Collection of ancient and modern basis of palpitationliterature and clinic data， heart palpitations database is established.2.collation of data.To establish the syndrome and prescription of palpitations information database，including the syndrome and prescription of upsetting and not upsetting informationdatabase，by the language standardization processing and quantitative assignmentprocessing the symptoms and the formulas of the collected data languagequantification assignment.3.Syndrome data analysis.To conclude the common factor ofpalpitation symptoms，by using frequency analysis of the syndromes (four diagnosticinformation) of palpitations medical record and using factor analysis dimension of thepalpitation four diagnostic information in SPSS17.0software;Then find out thecharacteristics of contact of factor of the shape of my heart and the god of myheart.4.The establishment of the discriminant model.To select the meaningful to identifyindicators which are from the palpitation uneasy syndrome and palpitation not upsetsyndrome data，by using stepwise discriminant analysis method;Then establish the optimal discriminant model of palpitations upsetting to provides the basis for objectiveresearch of palpitation uneasy syndrome5.Drug and prescription rule analysis.Toexplore the rule of drug and prescription of palpitation upsetting，by means ofestablishing the information database of palpitations upsetting，being input of heritageauxiliary system of traditional Chinese medicine，using the unsupervised data miningmethods including complex system entropy clustering， improved mutual informationmethod， unsupervised entropy clustering hierarchy，etc.Result:1.Establishing the palpitation syndrome information database and clinicalinformation database.2.By using the factor analysis， establishing the factor model ofpalpitation shape of my heart and the god of my heart. The god of my heart symptomscan be classified into restlessness， good afraid of yi jing， insomnia， much dream，shortness of breath， dizziness， chest tightness， fatigue， mental fatigue，and stringervein，wiry pulse， reddish tongue， dark red tongue of the tongue and pulsecondition.The shape of my heart symptoms can be classified into chills， limbs cold，edema， diarrhea， fever， spontaneous sweating， dry mouth， constipation， chestpain， eat less， the new full， white complexion，and pale red tongue， red tongue，dark red tongue， white moss， yellow moss， greasy moss， sunken pulse， rapidpulse， knotted pulse， intermittent pulse of the tongue and pulse condition.Eachsymptom factor are correlated and positively related symptoms are good afraid of yijing--restlessness， chills--limbs cold chills， Chills---swelling，eat less--the new full，insomnia--restlessness，insomnia--good afraid of yi jing，etc.The negative relatedsymptoms are chills--restlessness，fever--limbs cold chills，shortness ofbreath--restlessness，good afraid of yi jing--shortness of breath.On this basis，accordingto nature of disease discrimination，gods factors can be divided into real factor andimaginary factor;Shape factor can be divided into cold factor，heat factor，stasis factor，deficiency factor and wet factor;10common factor can be divided into upsetting， fireexcess from yin deficiency，insufficiency of the heart-yang，insufficiency of heartblood，Blood stasis resistance heart arteries and veins ect.3.Using stepwise discriminantanalysis method for screening of variables， and ultimately getting the discriminantequations of mathematical model of palpitations upsetting.Considering the model established from symptoms of insomnia， much dream，good fear easily frightened，restlessness，Wiry pulse，stringer vein as the best diagnosis model.Upon examination，positive predictive accuracy is98.8%and negative prediction accuracy is86.8%，whichprovided a objective basis for diagnosis of palpitation upsetting.4.Analyzing254prescriptions selected which can treat palpitation upsetting，the results indicated thathigh frequency0f42taste traditional Chinese medicine are more than20times;Commonly used medicines is61with its support in more than35; corecombinations from evolution is38; new prescription is19.5.Through the analysis of twotypical medical record，the results from the data mining have great guidance value forclinical diagnosis and treatment of palpitation upsetting.Conclusion:This study establishes information database of TCM syndrome andprescriptions of palpitation upsetting.By using factor analysis method，analyze outsymptoms characteristic and contact of the shape of my heart and the gods of heart.Byusing discriminant analysis and data mining，analyze out the law of syndromes andprescriptions of palpitation upsetting to provide basis for the standardization of TCMsyndrome and clinical medication of palpitation upsetting，so as to more effective toguide the clinical treatment of the disease.
