Objective：With the method of Strengthening the spleen and reducing phlegm andclaming endogenous wind by ShenLingBaiZhuSan’effect on treatment for Parkinson’spatients of spleen deficiency syndrome differentiation clinical curative effect, to verify themethod of Strengthening the spleen and reducing phlegm and claming endogenous wind inthe treatment of Parkinson’s disease, providing a new method for the treatment ofParkinson’s disease. Methods：Choose according with Parkinson’s disease diagnosticcriteria of60cases of spleen deficiency, randomly divided into treatment group30casesand control group30cases.Cases in the two groups in gender, age, course of diseaseseverity before treatment, etc., no statistical difference. Treatment group withShenLingBaiZhuSan and madopar tablet,Chinese traditional medicine water decoction,day one dose;More than the control group only taking madopar tablet, treatment has noobvious difference.2,4,8weeks after treatment, watching the movement of two groups ofpatients with motor symptoms improvement, daily life quality improvementt, before andafter treatment of non-motor symptoms(anxiety, insomnia) to improve thesituation.Results：For some patients with poor compliance, fall off10cases, treatmentgroup (25cases, control group25cases).Treatment group patients with motor symptoms,quality of daily life, non-motor symptoms(anxiety, insomnia)sleep are better than thecontrol group. Conclusion：With the method of Strengthening the spleen and reducingphlegm and claming endogenous wind, ShenLingBaiZhuSan to improve the motorsymptoms of Parkinson’s patients, the non-motor symptoms (anxiety, insomnia), improvethe quality of the patient’s daily life, has good clinical efficacy.
