Study Of Ren Shen Jian Xin Capsule On Treating Coronary Heart Disease With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type.

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Ren Shen Jian Xin Capsule in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods: 80 cases of CHD with qi dificiency and blood stasis type were chosen and divided into two groups randomly and blindly. The treatment group,40 cases ,were administrated orally Ren Shen Jian Xin Capsule for 4 weeks, while the control group ,40 cases ,were administrated orally Yang Xin Shi for 4 weeks. In addition, 30 cases whose exercise test were positive, were given Ren Shen Jian Xin Capsule ,through self control, to evaluate its clinical curative effect farther.Result:Comparing the score of clinical symptom of TCM, the marked rate of treatment group is 55.00%, the total effective rate is 87.50%, and improve the symptoms much better than the control group(p<0.05). On alleviating the angina pectoris , the marked rate of treatment group is 30.00%,and the total effective rate is 65.00%; the marked rate of Electrocardiogram alter of treatment group is 29.62%, and the total effective rate is 70.37%. there is significantly difference between the treatment group and the control group (p<0.05).After the treatment, the frequency , duration ,total ischemic burden(TIB)of the myocardial ischemia , atrial and ventricular premature beats of the treatment group reduced significantly in Holter ,and there is remarkable difference compared with the control group(p<0.01,p<0.05). Stroke volume(SV), cardiac output(CO), left ventricle ejection factor(LVEF),E apexes ,A apexes, E/A of the treatment group after 4 weeks are improved remarkably compared with those before treatment(P<0.01), and the improvement of those indexes excel in the control group.After the treatment of Ren Shen Jian Xin Capsule, the exercise ECG prove remarkably, the exercise grade and tolerance, maximal oxygenconsumption(VO2max )elevated remarkably ,and there is significantly difference comparing with before the treatmen(tp<0.01,p<0.05). In addition ,the function of improve the blood rheology , decrease the blood lipid and glucose is found .Conclusion: Ren Shen Jian Xin Capsule has favorable clinical curative effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, can reinforce qi and activate blood, alleviate pain by promote circulation, invigorant heart and recover health. Ren Shen Jian Xin Capsule can improve blood supply of cardiac muscle, is effective in alleviating angina pectoris and improving clinical symptoms, and can reduce the TIB, enhance heart reserve ability, and meliorate systolic and diastolic function.
