| Objective: According to the previous basic research on chronicobstructive pulmonary disease (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, COPD)and accumulation of cold phlegm in lung syndrome theory, with serum cytokinesas the starting point, to further explore the COPD accumulation of cold phlegmin lung disease machine dynamic evolution, in order to enrich the theory ofaccumulation of cold phlegm in lung. It continues by cold stimulation combinedwith smoking and intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) ratmodel with the method of COPD accumulation of cold phlegm in lung syndrome,evolution of pathogenesis of budesonide by observing the model rats60daysof natural evolution and the warming drink, intervention, explains COPD colddrink lung syndrome model of rat lung tissue serum cytokines changes (10daysfor a stage), as well as the regulation of traditional Chinese medicine methodson serum cytokines, then provide additional laboratory data as a referencefor the prevention and treatment of disease.Methods: The model with the COPD syndrome of cold phlegm retention in lungdisease copied out by smoking and intratracheal instillation of LPSaccompanied by cold stimulation(0℃refrigerator freezer, ice and watermixture drinking),dynamic observe(interval of10days,60days) the rat modelof the natural state of evolution, and thedisease model for dynamic intervention with warming drink and budesonide, observe the general model of rat, serum cytokines testing related indicators,such as IL-8ã€IL-10ã€IL-13ã€TNF-α.Results: After modeling, the inspiratory resistance and expiratoryresistance rats increased, decreased lung compliance.Serum cytokines wassignificantly different than the normal group. On the60day after removalof molding factors, the indicators of the natural evolution rats weredeteriorating;The symptoms of rats with budesonide intervention had improved,serum cytokines index changed instability,early was better, rebounded in thelate;The symptoms of rats with traditional Chinese medicine intervention hadsignificantly improved,serum cytokine parameters were significantly improvedand more stable.Conclusion: It is an ideal modeling method which is about to make COPDrats model by cigarettes stimulus and intratracheal instillation with LPS,then combined with the cold factors to make cold phlegm retention in lungdisease. Accumulation of cold phlegm in lung syndrome might be COPD earlysyndromes. Traditional Chinese medicine either side to improve the generalsituation in rats, or serum cytokines indicators relative to budesonide hassignificant advantages, which indicate the measures for the COPD syndrome ofcold phlegm retention in lung disease is correct. |
