Research Of Jianzhong Lilao Decoction On The Blood System In Rats With Chronic Renal Failure

Objective: This article makes a point that chronic renal failure belongs to theconsumptive disease of traditional Chinese medicine by investigating the exposition ofconsumptive disease ancient and modern，studies the influence of Jianzhong LilaoDecoction on adenine induced chronic renal failure rats blood system by experimentation，and provids theoretical and experimental basis for the treatment of chronic renal failure bybuilding middle method.Methods: We use adenine lavage to establish the rat model with chronic renal failure，and use high or low dose of Jianzhong Lilao Decoction for part of model for preventionintervention in rats from molding beginning. In the mid of experiment we sampleevaluation model results. After the success of the building，the rats are treated with high orlow dose Jianzhong Lilao Decoction, uremic clearance as the positive control group. Byobserving the general situation of rats and detecting the blood indicators，the last analyzingthe results of the experiment, we judge the therapeutic effect of Jianzhong Lilao Decoctionon chronic renal failure rats blood system.Results: Jianzhong Lilao Decoction can significantly improve chronic renal failurerats’red blood cell count, white blood cell count and hemoglobin content，but have nostatistically significant effects on platelets. Comparisons between groups show thatJianzhong Lilao Decoction beforehand intervention groups, the treatment groups anduremic clearance group have no statistical significance between them.Conclusions: Chronic renal failure, especially after symptoms of anemia, belongs tothe category of consumptive disease of traditional Chinese medicine. The treatment of consumptive disease under the condition of the harm of Yin and Yang since Synopsis ofGolden Chamber is given priority to building middle, and Jianzhong Lilao Decoction isfollowing this treatment and created. Studies have shown that, Jianzhong Lilao Decoctionon rats with chronic renal failure symptoms have improved significantly，and cansignificantly improve chronic renal failure rats red blood cell count, white blood cell countand hemoglobin content. Further reveals the Jianzhong Lilao Decoction treatment ofchronic renal failure mechanism of the effects of the spleen and replenishing qi to raiseblood.
