Objective:Study of traditional Chinese medicine decoction(Renal failure No.1) effcts patientswith chronic renal failure related clinical symptoms(fatigue, loss of appetite), bloodcreatinine, urea nitrogen index declined, nutritional status(hemoglobin, albumin, serumiron), to prove the effection of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction (Renal failureNo.1) for the treatment of chronic renal failure.Finally it can delay the progression ofchronic kidney disease, Timely treat the chronic kidney disease. This not only canimprove the quality of life of patients, prolong the life span of the patients, but also cangreatly reduce the economic burden of the patients and the burden of the society.It’svery important to have the comprehensive construction well-off society significance.Methods:With the research methods of self control review, selected in recent10years in ouroutpatient department, inpatient serum creatinine in chronic renal failure phase withoutreplacement therapy patients as the research object.Then divided them into2groups.One:early the single western medicine,lartly at the same time the application oftraditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine,The other one:early at the sametime the application of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine,lartly thesingle western medicine. Observe the patients’ condition for3months,including clinicalTCM syndrome integral(fatigue, dry mouth and throat, swelling, chills like warm, bedizzy, hectic fever night sweat, cold limbs, more nocturia, irritability, mouth lip colordark, body fatigue, skin armour fault) and experimental indexes, serum creatinine, bloodurea nitrogen, albumin and so on.Results:After treatment in patients with50cases, effective in24cases, accounting for48%,effective22cases,accounted for44%, invalid4cases, accounting for8%, the totaleffective rate was92%. The symptom score was26.58+10.82before treatment,14.75+9.37after treatment, symptom scores before and after were significantdifference (P<0.01). Compared before and after treatment, Scr decreased by70.07+23.23umol/L, P value <0.05; BUN decreased by5.05±0.90nunol/L, P value<0.05.
