Jiawei Shenshuai Recipe Is Mainly An Integrated Treatment Of Chinese Medicine For Chronic Renal Failure

Purpose:Observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Shenshuai Decoction on improving the physical and chemical level and TCM symptoms of patients with spleen and kidney Qi deficiency syndrome combined with dampness,turbidity and blood stasis syndrome?CKD2-4?.provide a feasible and effective treatment for chronic kidney disease?CKD2-4?.Method:1.Collect and sort out the CKD2-4 patients who visited the kidney clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2016 to November 2018.According to the criteria for admission and exclusion established by the experimental observation,70 cases were eventually satisfied.They were divided into observation group and control group according to whether they accepted oral Chinese medicine decoction treatment or not,35 cases in each group.The patients in control group refused oral Chinese medicine decoction due to personal factors.?2.All the observed data were processed by SPSS22.0 statistical software.The measured data conformed to the orthodox distribution by t test,the non-orthodox distribution by rank sum test,and the counted data by₂ test.All the measured data were expressed by mean?+standard deviation??x±s?.Results:1.The disease curative effect Observation group: 18 cases were markedly effective,9cases were effective,6 cases of stable,2cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 94.29%.Control group: 10 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,10 cases of stable,7cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was80.0%.2.TCM symptoms curative effectObservation group: 0 cases recovered,16 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,4 cases of stable,the total effective rate was 88.57%.Control group: 0 cases recovered,13 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,9cases of stable,the total effective rate was 74.29%.3.Renal function?serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,glomerular filtration rate?Intra-group comparison: GFR,Scr,BUN in the observation group were significantly improved,with statistical significance?P < 0.05?;GFR,Scr in the control group were improved,with statistical significance?P < 0.05?,BUN improvement effect was not obvious,there was no statistical significance?P < 0.05?.Inter-group comparison: Scr and BUN in the observation group were improved after treatment,with statistical significance?P < 0.05?,and GFR was not significantly improved,with no statistical significance?P < 0.05?.Overall analysis of the two treatment methods have improved renal function,the control group in improving BUN has no significant effect?P < 0.05?,the observation group and the control group in improving GFR have improved?P < 0.05?,but there is no significant difference between the two groups?P > 0.05?,so the observation group in improving renal function is significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Flavored renal failure party primarily on the integration of traditional Chinese medicine treatment chronicrenal failure with conventional proprietary Chinese medicine and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine?TCM?for the treatment of chronic kidney disease in the physical and chemical level and symptoms were improved.2.Flavored renal failure party primarily for the integration of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic renal failure effect is better,highlighting the flavored give priority to the advantage of the integrated treatment of renal failure party.
