Fever group is accounted for77.4%of urinary tract infection group.Withouturinary tract infection group of6cases of postoperative fever, no fever is110cases;Fever accounting for5.2%of the non urinary infection group; Chi-square analysisshowed that p=0.000<0.05, urinary tract infection and postoperative fever haveobvious relationship. Preoperative urinary tract infections in the group after presentingwith macroscopic haematuria is58cases,4cases of gross hematuria, Hemorrhagicdisease cases accounted for93.5%.No postoperative urinary infection group,73cases presenting with macroscopic haematuria, gross hematuria43patients Hemorrhage casesaccounted for62.9%; Chi-square analysis showed that p=0.001<0.05, urinary tractinfection and postoperative have a direct relationship with macroscopic haematuria.Preoperative urinary tract infection of postoperative,the number of abnormal renalfunction is22, normal kidney function is40, the renal damage cases accounted for35.5%of the total number of cases of urinary tract infection group.Withoutpostoperative urinary tract infection group, he number of abnormal kidney is18,without normal kidney function is98;The renal damage cases accounted for15.5%ofthe total number of cases of urinary tract infection group; Chi-square analysis showedthat p=0.002<0.05shows that the influence to the urinary tract infection patients withpostoperative renal function. Preoperative urinary tract infections in the group of sepsiswas recorded4cases,58cases does not appear, In sepsis cases accounted for6.5%ofurinary tract infection groupwithout urinary tract infection group,2cases of sepsis wasrecorded, not in114cases In sepsis cases accounted for1.7%of non urinary infectiongroup; Chi-square analysis showed that p=0.033<0.05, urinary tract infection and theoccurrence of postoperative uremia have a significant relationship.Conclusion: A direct relationship between preoperative urinary tract infection andtransurethral ureteroscopy postoperative complication of fever, naked eye hematuria,sepsis, abnormal renal function. Before the operation,patients with ureteroscopy needdo routine urine and blood tests to check clear after infection, the positive line of drugsensitive test, give anti-infection treatment, review of routine urine until no urinary tractinfection, to reduce the patients with postoperative complications.
