In this study, qualitative analysis and quantitative study of a combination of methods to S244hospital medical staff as a sample, the management of the hospital medical staff satisfaction with the status and characteristics, to determine the impact on hospital medical staff satisfaction with the reality of the environment management issues, from all levels to explore and evaluate the impact of medical staff satisfaction with the hospital management of various dimensions, proposed to increase medical staff satisfaction, improved measures of hospital management, hospital management for the S to provide scientific reference information for decision-making, through this paper research can be found to promote faster development of higher S hospital direction and goals.On-site survey in2008-2010years for the use of questionnaires, stratified random sampling method. Used in this study job satisfaction questionnaire, including: overall satisfaction, the desired level, health services management, medical ethics, reasonable fees, a total of five dimensions and24specific items, the use of Likert Attitude Scale used ten Comments of points.The results show that:(1) the hospital medical staff on the overall satisfaction with health services management, medical ethics, charges a reasonable degree of evaluation at a satisfactory level, and the evaluation of the work on the desired level in a relatively satisfactory level;(2) different gender, the preparation of the medical staff of the hospital management’s satisfaction is not significantly different;(3) of different ages medical staff overall satisfaction has a significant difference;(4) different degree of medical staff in the overall satisfaction, the ideal level, medical services management, medical ethics satisfaction on significant differences in these four dimensions, the high secondary\technical school graduate and above group were higher than the group, higher than the college\undergraduate group;(5) different medical staff in the overall job satisfaction, work the desired level, health care management, medical ethics satisfaction on the significant differences in these four dimensions, the General Logistics group were higher than the executive group, higher than the health technical staff group.This study is divided into three parts:the first part of literature review, the definition of satisfaction, the relevant theory and international medical staff satisfaction research for the literature analysis and review; second part of the findings and analysis, through questionnaires investigate and understand the S hospital medical staff satisfaction with hospital management status and characteristics of various dimensions and different analysis of the difference between life; the last part of the feasibility of countermeasures and suggestions on the impact of medical staff to reflect on the reasons for satisfaction and to explore the related management measures...
