Purpose: This paper explores the effect that yiqi huayu method on NSC proliferationand differentiation NSCs by researching rat’s reaction process of NSCs after cerebralinfarction in this process; In view of above conclusion, confirm the therapeutical effect on themethord of yiqi huoxue huayu, broaden its modern medical theories foundation about curingischemic stroke,provide scientific evidence for clinical wide spread application; With the viewto induce NSCs’ proliferation and polarization and take part in curing lesion by traditionalChinese medicine, explores a new interposing regulatory mechanism for reconstructingneurological function, provides new thought and curing means for traditional Chinesemedicine deep research on this field, further deepens biological mechanism of action onPromoting neurological function damage repair by traditional Chinese medicine.Method: The research makes a model of experimental cerebral infarction by improvedLongal on Wistar rat, draws a materials from the first, the third and the seventh dayrespectively during acute stage of semeiotic, observe the effect changes of cerebral ischemiain rats and neurological defect animal behavior indicators in the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huayumethod; Experiments observe the changes of proliferation, differentiation of NSC in rats withexperimental cerebral infarction in the effect of yiqi huoxue huayu therapy.Result:(1) The neurological deficit scores of Control drugs, experimental prescription drugs andmodel group rats, compared with the model group rats, the rats symptoms significantlyimproved neurological deficit scores were observed in the administration of3and7daysreduce and statistically significant (P <0.05or P <0.01, respectively).(2) In the administration of the third day, the seventh day, the drug-control group,experimental prescription low, medium and high dose group and the model group comparisoncerebral ischemia penumbra area was significantly lower, with a statistically significant (P<0.05, P <0.001, P <0.001).(3) Administration of the third day, the Nestin positive cells in the optical density ofTraditional middle dose group was significantly increased compared with the model groupstatistically significant (P <0.05). The reagent of high dose group of Nestin positive cells in the total area and light density increased significantly, compared with the model group withsignificant statistical significance (P<0.05).The seventh day, the control group, theexperimental formula low dosage group of Nestin positive cells in the total area increasedsignificantly, compared with the model group with significant statistical significance (P<0.05),the experimental formulas, the high dose group of Nestin positive cells in the total area andlight density increased significantly, compared with those of model group was statisticallysignificant (P<0.01, P<0.01).(4) The first day of the administration, compared with model group, BrdU-positivecellsof the experimental prescription high dose group was significantly higher comparedwith the model group statistically significant (P <0.05). The third day, BrdU-positive cells ofthe experimental prescription with the group in the low dose was significantly highercompared with the model group statistically significant (P <0.05, P <0.05). The seventh day ofBrdU-positive cells of Traditional middle dose group was significantly higher compared withthe model group statistically significant (P <0.01, P <0.05).(5) With the change of time, neural stem was significantly associated with differentiationand the prescription drug concentration cell. In the administration of the third day, the seventhday, BrdU/GFAP, BrdU/NSE double-labeled positive cells of the experimental prescriptionhigh dose group and middle dose group were significantly higher compared with the modelgroup has significant statistically significant (P <0.05, P <0.05, P <0.001).Conclusion: According to the experiments research,proves that the method of yiqihuoxue huayu can obviously improve cerebral infarction rat’s neurologic impairment,promote ischemic penumbra absorption;success in inducing proliferation and differentiationof endogenous NSC, providing theoretical and experimental evidence for clinical treatment ofcerebral infarction.
