Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Modified Yiwei Decoction In The Treatment Of Children With Hp Related Superficial Gastritis (Stomach Yin Deficiency Type)

Objective:To observe this clinical curative effect of Jiawei Yiwei Decoction on patients who are with Hp-associated chronic superficial gastritis of stomach-Yin deficiency,comparing the situation before and after treatment to the improvement of clinical symptoms,the rates of the Hp-eradicate,the transformations of barium meal examination pathology.We hope that we can study on the mechanism and work of Jiawei Yiwei Decoction for Hp-associated chronic superficial gastritis of stomach-Yin deficiency.Method:Heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of pediatric clinic with 60 cases of criteria.randomly divided these children into two groups:treatment group of thirty cases while control group of thirty cases:to give oral OME 0.6-0.8mg/kg,in two times every day;AMO 50-80 mg.kg,in two times every day oral.Two drugs combination therapy,with 15 days for a period of treatment,we can continuously observe it for 1-2 courses.Treatment group:Give children Jiawei Yiwei Decoction to remove H.pylori with 200ml of water,take it two times a day,with 15 days for a period of treatment,we can continuously observe it for 1-2 courses.Result:1.After the data analysis,we can find that the total effective rate was 93.33%in treatment group;the control group total effectiveness was 73.33%.We can see that the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.Traditonal symptoms of clinical efficacy total effective rate was higher than the control group(P<0.05).3.According to the situation of the Hp-eradicate and the transformations of barium meal examination pathology between treated group and control group(P>0.05),we can know that Jiawei Yiwei Decoction has advantage of treating this disease.Conclusion:1.Jiawei Yiwei Decoction can treat on patients well who are with Hp-associated chronic superficial gastritis of stomach-Yin deficiency.2.The efficacy of Jiawei Yiwei Decoction of treating Chinese traditional symptoms is positive.3.The efficacy of Jiawei Yiwei Decoction of the Hp-eradicate and the transformations of barium meal examination pathology is positive.
