Study On The Using Rules Of Sophora Tonkinensis Based On The Ancient And Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine And Prescription

Objective：Based on the ancient and modern traditional Chinese medicine andprescription aspect, carding, analysis of ancient and modern medical theory and experiencetoxic Chinese medicine sophorae tonkinensis, build “prescription database retrieval systemof sophorae tonkinensis” and “prescription database statistical analysis system of sophoraetonkinensis”. To investigate the law of prescription of sophorae tonkinensis, for clinicalcan control the toxicity, ensure drug safety, and can maximize its positive effect of thetreatment of reasonable compatibility, support and provide clinical reference literature.Materials and methods：This paper mainly adopts literature method combine withstatistical method. The author combs through the records of Sophora tonkinensis frommedical literatures of past dynasties.Then construct tonkinensis prescription databasestatistical analysis system platform.By using the method of frequency distribution andmultivariate analysis method,it summarizes the general features of Sophora tonkinensisincluding origin,administration route and formulation, then it uses the factorial analysis tofind out the common drug combination in different syndromes,and thus makes a thoroughinquiry on compatibility law of Sophora tonkinensis.Results：By the frequency analysis, this paper describes frequency characteristics ofthe drugs that are cooperated with Sophora tonkinensis. This research summarizes thetypes of drugs that are often cooperated with Sophora tonkinensis. According to the results,we can provide a reference for clinical application. By the factor analysis, we can explorethe drugs combination that have great influence on the function of Sophora tonkinensis.According to the results, we can provide the basis for the attenuation and synergia rules ofSophora tonkinensis.Conclusion：Sophora tonkinensis in prescription attenuated synergistic combinationmethod has certain rules. By using the method of frequency and multi factor analysis,this research summarizes the preliminary regularity of compatibility for attenuation andsynergy of sophorae tonkinensis. For example,combining with Gancao is the mostcommon and effective solution of reduction of sophorae tonkinensis toxicity. Associatingwith Gancao and Jiegeng is the effective combination of sophorae tonkinensis treating sorethroat.Treatment of psoriasis, often combine with Lianqiao, Tufuling, Banlangen, Chishao,Danpi. Associating with Dahuang and Shenqu may cause increased toxicity, and so on.
