Objective: To study the effect of treating joint swelling after knee arthroscopicoperation by promoting blood circulation and removing stasis.Method:120patients after knee arthroscopic operation were randomly divided intotwo groups,60patients in each group. Two groups of patients were treated withconventional therapy in1weeks after operation. In the treatment group safflower injectionwas injected into knee joint and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasismethod was taken. The control group was given only the joint aspiration of fluid collections. To observed VAS score, HSS score, the degree of swelling before and after treatment andto compare and analyze. Results: In the treatment group the7d VAS were lower than those of the controlgroup, the score of HSS was higher than that of the control group. The difference hasstatistical significance. Two groups of patients with contralateral knee base circumferencevalues were not statistically different. The5D, the7d ipsilateral knee swelling degree ofthe treatment group was better than that of the control group. The difference has statisticalsignificance. Conclusions: Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis method has agood effect on joint swelling regression after knee arthroscopic operation. The side effect issmall. It has high safety. |
