Clinical Study On Treatment Of Dysphagia After Stroke Diagnosed Deficiency Of Kidney And Blood Statis And Sputum Dampnessrome With Bushenliyan Decoction

Objective：To observe the curative effect of the therapy of dysphagia after strokediagnosed deficiency of kidney and blood statis and sputum dampness syndrome withBushenliyan decoction,and then to explore the mechanism.Methods: The60patientsdiagnosed deficiency of kidney and Blood statis and sputum dampness syndrome afterStroke were randomly divided into two groups,30cases in the treatment group and30cases in the contrast group.The contrast group was treated with common medicine,acupuncture,swallowing and rehabilitation therapy,while the treatment group was treatedwith Bushenliyan decoction except for the above methods..To observe the differencebetween the two groups before and after treatment on total curative effect, Keisuke fieldtest of drinking water,traditional Chinese medicine symptom curative effect,total score oftraditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms and single symptom integral.Results:Thesymptoms of two groups were improved, and the curative effect of the treatment group wasbetter.The treatment group had a significant difference with the contrast group in the aboveaspects（P＜0.05）.Conclusions：Bushenliyan decoction could improve the swallowingfunction and quality of life of the patients diagnosed dysphagia after stroke.
