Clinical Observation Of Curative Effect Of Jiajianxiexin Decoction On The Reflux Esophagitis (Deficiency Of The Spleen And Stomach Heat)

Objective：the clinical curative effect observation of modified Xiexin Decoction intreating spleen deficiency and stomach heat reflux esophagitisand to improve the quality oflife.Methods：according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria，Randomly choose60cases of patients with RE deficiency of spleen andstomach heat syndrome, divided into theexperimental group and control group,30cases. The experimental group was giventhe decoctionBanxiaxiexin Decoction treatment, the control group was given ganhaiWeikang capsule. Observation on the treatment of the patients before and after8weeks ofTCM symptoms and signs, endoscopic manifestation, the quality of life of the patients.Results：(1) compared the symptom curative effect: treatment group of chestpain,stomach pain, lassitude degree difference before and after treatment withintegral werestatistically (P<0.01), the test group after treatment of chest pain, stomachache, Shenpifatigue symptom scores and the control grouphad significant difference, the test group thanin control group (P<0.05); nosignificant differences in the rest of thesymptoms, efficacy (P>0.05).(2)compared two groups of TCM syndrome curativeeffect, the test group was better than control group (P<0.01).(3) The improvement of themicroscope, the experimental group and the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05).(4) GERD health related quality of life questionnaire (GERD-HRQL) of twogroups of integral points before and after the treatment, there was statistically significant (P<0.05), after8weeks of treatment, the treatment group and the control groupof integral comparison, there was statistical significance, the treatment group than thecontrol group (P<0.05).Conclusion：The research suggested that the addition and subtraction Xiexin Tang isthe treatment of spleen deficiency and stomach heat reflux esophagitis drug is safe andeffective, in the improvement of symptom of TCM, the elimination ofesophageal mucosalinflammation, improve the quality of life has obviouseffect, worthy of further study andapplication.
