The Clinical Observation Of Yunpi Particles In Treating Spleen And Stomach Qi Deficiency Type Of Reflux Esophagitis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the Yunpi Particles for the treatment of spleen and stomach qi deficiency type of reflux esophagitis.Methods:A randomized control study, 85 patients meet the inclusion criteria of reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. 43 cases in the treatment group were treated with Yun Pi Particles; 42 cases in the control group were treated with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules and Domperidone Tablets, two groups were treated for 8 weeks. To observe the clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients to improve the situation,the repair of esophageal mucosa under gastroscope.Records of the results of the statistical data were treated by statistical software SPSS17.0.Result:(1)Comparison of TCM symptoms integral: Yunpi Particles in improving patients with acid reflux,belching reflux,stomach pain symptoms and the control group curative effect quite(P>0.05),but in improving patients with epigastric fullness, fatigue weakness,reduced food intake, loose stools thin symptoms on curative effect is better than that of Western medicine control group(P < 0.05).(2)Comparison of therapeutic efficacy of TCM syndromes:the total effective rate of treatment group was 95.24%, control group was 82.93%, statistically, the total efficiency of two groups had statistical difference(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of gastroscopy:after treatment, the treatment group had 31 patients underwent endoscopic examination, 26 cases in the control group accepted gastroscope, two groups of patients with esophageal mucosal inflammation were improved,the total effective rate of treatment group was 80.65%, control group was 84.62%, statistically, the total efficiency of two groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05).(4)In the course of the study the safety index of the patients in the two groups were no obvious abnormality, and found no obvious adverse reactions and side effects.Conclusion:Yun pi Particles in the treatment of reflux esophagitis of spleen and stomach qi deficiency type has better clinical curative effect.Especially in improving patients with epigastric fullness, fatigue weakness,reduced food intake, loose stools is better than thecontrol group.And can improve the inflammation of esophageal mucosa. No obvious adverse reactions in the treatment process, can be widely used in the clinic.
