Observation On Therapeutic Effect Of Warming Acupruncture On Reflux Esophagitis

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion of spleen and stomach type of reflux esophagitis,compare the differences in efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion and acupuncture treatment of spleen and stomach type of reflux esophagitis,provide a scientific basis for clinical application.Methods:66 patients met the inclusion criteria of patients with reflux esophagitis of spleen and stomach deficiency,were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated by simple acupuncture,acupoint selection Zhongwan,Guanyuan,Zusanli,Neiguan,danzhong,Geshu,Weishu;the observation group in the control group.On Zhongwan,Zusanli acupoint Guanyuan,three warm acupuncture.Above all week treatment Treatment 3 times,once every other day,Monday 4 courses,two courses were observed.The patients' age,gender,comparable conditions of course in general,compared two groups before and after treatment of reflux disease questionnaire score,endoscopic esophageal mucosa and the improvement of TCM symptom score.Results :(1)in the RDQ scale of heartburn,chest pain,acid regurgitation,regurgitation of four improved symptom scores,the observation group and the control group after treatment were improved(P < 0.05),but the observation group integral in the frequency of symptoms,symptoms score and symptom score index than the control group(P < 0.05).(2)In comparison to the weakness of the spleen and stomach syndrome,acupuncture and moxibustion group than in acupuncture group is superior in all sundromes(P < 0.05);acupuncture group after treatment for abdominal pain by warming,limbs cold,loose stool has not improved significantly.There was no significant difference compared with before treatment(P > 0.05).(3)from the perspective of endoscopic esophageal mucosal recovery,the recovery of esophageal mucosa was observed after treatment in the two groups(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the total score and curative effect between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).The effect of warming acupuncture on the repair of esophagealmucosa was not superior to that of the control group(P > 0.05).The curative effects of the two groups were comparable.(4)From reflux esophagitis comprehensive efficacy,acupuncture group total effective rate was 87.9%,total effective rate in the acupuncture group 78.8%,acupuncture and moxibustion group than in acupuncture group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:acupuncture treatment and comprehensive curative effect of spleen and stomach type of reflux esophagitis syndromes curative effect than simple acupuncture,acupuncture and moxibustion have stimulative effect on improving symptoms and esophageal mucosa of patients with repair of curative effect,worthy of clinical application.
