Objective: Observation of ShuganQingxin Decoction in the treatment of anxiety state ofclinical efficacy of frequent ventricular premature beatMethods: Randomly selected60patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly dividedinto the test group, and two in the control group,30cases each group. The control groupwith routine western medicine treatment of frequent ventricularpremature, the treatmentgroup based on routine treatment of Western medicine combined with Shugan QingxinDecoction (Chaihu Chuanxiong Zhishi Xiangfu Banxia Chenpi Huanglian Kushen GancaoZhenzhumu Shenglonggu Shengmuli) oral, around for a treatment cycle. Observation ofthe patient related indexes in the improvement before and after treatment.Results:The control group and the treatment group before and after treatment, SASdynamic electrocardiogram (state anxiety score) are good improvement, showed nostatistical difference between the efficacy, symptom score, life quality of test group wasbetter than the control group (P <0.01).Conclusion:Shugan Qingxin decoction can significantly reduce the number of episodes inpatients with ventricular premature beat, improve the patient’s anxiety symptoms, improvethe quality of life of patients, treatment is associated with anxiety ridden effectiveprescription of ventricular premature beats, worthy of further application in clinical.
