| In this study,Chinese medicine for gastroesophageal reflux disease in patients with therapeutic effect as the research object,to observant patients using the Chinese herbal medicine group and acupuncture combined with TCM,the clinical advantage of comparison of two treatment programs.From the patient's work,family,personality,diet,acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine curative effect analysis to explore the related factors to improve the curative effect of patients with symptoms.In this study,the structural equation model(structural equation modeling,SEM)and SPSS 17.0 to study the structure,and the minimum partial differential method(PLS)is used to analyze the data and validate the framework.Methods:This study enrolled 50 patients with eight weeks of continuous time series data,for which 13 patients failed in the investigation process of continuous observation for eight weeks,so the effective observation samples in 37 patients,a total of 185 valid questionnaires.All the patients were given the basic treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease education,reasonable diet and so on.Simple prescription of traditional Chinese medicine group of ZuojinPill Combined with Banxia Houpudecoction.Recipe:Huanglian3 g,Wuzhuyul g,Banxia10g,Houpo6g,FulinglOg,Zisu10g,Baishaol0g,Chaihu5g,Gancao5g.Daily 1 agent,water decoction 2 times to 300ml,divided into early and late 2 day,7 agents for 1 courses,a total of eight courses.The same composition of acupuncture combined with medicine group of Chinese medicine and Chinese traditional medicine group medicine,acupuncture acupoints to RN-12,RN-13,RN-15,ST-36,PC-6,SP-6,LR-9.Acupuncture as a routine method.For 30 minutes,once a day,every one to two once a day,3 times for 1 courses,a total of eight courses.After eight courses of treatment(about two months),the curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results:(1)Both Chinese medicine group and acupuncture with drug group can effectively treat gastroesophageal reflux disease with incoordination between in liver-stomach disharmony.(2)The main symptoms before and after the Chinese medicine group and acupuncture treatment group and associated symptoms before treatment and the difference in the paired eighth weeks were paired T test,the main symptoms of Chinese medicine group before and after treatment were obviously improved,and the Chinese medicine group except chronic cough and abnormal stool had no obvious improvement.The accompanying symptoms are obviously to improve.Eight weeks of treatment indicated a marked improvement in the improvement of symptoms associated with each group.(3)The curative effect index was calculated after the treatment of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture and pharmacy group.According to the standard of curative effect evaluation,the statistics showed that the clinical recovery of the Chinese medicine group was 1,markedly effective in 8 cases,effective in 5 cases,and ineffective in 3,and the total effective rate was 82.35%.The clinical efficacy of acupuncture group was 1,markedly effective 11,effective 7,invalid 1,the total effective rate was 90%.By statistical analysis,P=0.15>0.05,the total effective rate difference between the two groups was not statistically significant,but the acupuncture group was significantly better than the traditional Chinese medicine group in the improvement of the main symptoms and accompanying symptoms.(4)Work and diet factors have positive influence on patients,improve work stress and adjust diet habit,it can improve the main and concomitant symptoms of patients.Family factors and personality factors did not significantly improve the majority of patients in the short term,indicating that patients in the short term do not change the influence of family and personality factors.(5)The empirical results show that the treatment factor dimensions of treatment time has significant influence on the treatment of patients,this study shows that by generating on patients with symptoms improved significantly after 8 weeks of treatment;the longer the higher the degree of improvement in patients.(6)The main symptoms of running PLS model respectively in acupuncture group and medicine group for reducing the number of samples,cause factors load will decline and the emergence of some parameters is less than 0.5;the future research needs to expand the number of samples to correct the problem. |
