Background:Gastroesophageal reflux disease refers to the gastric contents into esophageal discomfort symptoms and (or) complications of a disease, the disease is common disease in the western countries, and the incidence is rising trend year by year. Recent epidemiological studies have shown that the disease prevalence in China is about 5%. Along with our country economic development brought about by the lifestyle changes, and the problem of aging population increased incidence of a disease. GERD has become a worthy medical problems in our country. In this paper, we study designed of the treatment of GERD liver stomach muggy syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine clinical effect, the standard of the unified GERD in TCM diagnosis and treatment for the future reference.Objective:To observe open depressive and stomach in the treatment of GERD liver stomach muggy syndrome clinical efficacy, to explore the correlation of GERD and mental psychological factors, to evaluate the effect of disease and treatment on patients’quality of life.Methods:Use prospective cases analysis, observation during February 2015 to January 2015, from the first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of TCM clinic, aged 18 to 70 years, liver stomach muggy syndrome patients diagnosed with GERD. Participants included five observation indexes, including in patients with depression and the stomach before the treatment, Chinese medicine treatment of the fourth week, Chinese medicine treatment of 8 weeks of gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire total score, Zung’s self rating anxiety scale (SAS) score, Zung’s depression self rating scale (SDS) score. This article statistics data by paired t test and rank and inspection methods are analyzed.Results:55 patients with GERD liver stomach muggy syndrome observation are completed.1.GerdQ scores change rank and inspection analysis many depressive and stomach a depressive and stomach before the treatment, Chinese medicine treatment of the fourth week, Chinese medicine treatment of 8 weeks GerdQ scores, with the questionnaire score less than eight points defined as no obvious reverse flow, heartburn symptoms or symptoms improved significantly earlier. Clinical efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine of the spleen and stomach esophagus stomach module of PRO scale score system diseasePaired t test and rank and inspection, this paper analyses the scale total score, four areas, eight aspects of grading results. Open depressive and harmonize the stomach decoction in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease of liver in patients with gastric muggy syndrome main symptoms such as reflux, heartburn, often pain, belching, etc is of great significance. The total curative effect of Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of 4 weeks, treatment of 8 weeks is respectively:12.7%, 76.4%.2. For this study, only a small number of gastroesophageal reflux disease patients are accompanied by anxiety and depression symptoms, therefore, curative effect is not statistically significant.3. Open depressive and harmonize the stomach decoction can improve the quality of the survival in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.
