Research On Efficacy And Safety Of Perindopril Indapamide Tablets In The Treatment Of Community Hypertension

Objective:This study was to test the efficiency and safety of Perindopril Indapamide Tablets (Perindopril Erbumine4mg and Indapamide1.25mg) in the treatment of patients with mild or moderate primary hypertension.Methods:56patients with mild or moderate primary hypertension were randomly divided into two groups.28patients in positive drug group recieved treatment of benazepril10mg/d, while28patients in drug treatment group took Perindopril Indapamide Tablets1pill per day. If patient whose blood pressure does not meet the target requirements after14days were given the treatment of2pill per time, once per day. The blood pressure, heart rate, biochemical indicators, and adverse reactions were analyzed after8weeks’ treatment.Results:After4weeks’ treatment, slightly effective rate, effective rate, ineffective rate and total effective rate in drug treatment group was32%,46.4%,21.4%and78.6%, while25.0%,39.2%,35.8%and64.2%in positive drug group. There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).After8weeks’ treatment, slightly effective rate, effective rate, ineffective rate and total effective rate in drug treatment group was39.2%,52.5%,7.3%and93.7%, while28.5%,46.4%,25.0%and74.9%in positive drug group. There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Meanwhile, the incidence of adverse reactions in positive drug group was25.9%, while10.9%in drug treatment group. There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in blood glucose, total cholesterol, creatinine, uric acid, potassium, alanine aminotransferase and heart rate before and after treatment between two groups.Conclusions: Perindopril Indapamide Tablets have obvious antihypertensive effect with low incidence of adverse reactions, good security and reliability, and low prices, which are particularly suitable for long-term treatment of patients with hypertension.
