ObjectiveBlood lipid level and prevalence situation of dyslipidemia among adults in four cities in Zhejiang province were described, correlated factors of prevalence of dyslipidemia were investigated. In order to establish a theoretical reference in early prevention, early screening, early diagnosis and treatment of dyslipidemia, this research has been conducted.MethodsData was collected from residents’nutrition and health surveillance program during2010-2011in Zhejiang province. Multistage stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select permanent residents from four cities, which are Jianggan district in Hangzhou, Jiangdong district in Ningbo, Jindong district in Jinhua, Tongxiang in Jiaxing, which were involved in this questionnaire survey, diet survey and physical examination.1382people was participated in the survey. Data was analyzed by SPSS17.0software. Factor analysis method was used for establishing the dietary patterns and correlated factors were analyzed by multiple-factor logistic regression analysis.Results1,1382individuals [644(46,6%)males738(53,4%)females] participated in the study. The mean±SD of TC (Total Cholesterol) was4.79±1.03mmol/L, the mean±SD of HDL-C (High Density Lipoprotein-Cholesterol) was1.40±0.29mmol/L, the median and quartile levels of TG (Triglyceride) was1.44[1.01,2.10] mmol/L. Dyslipidemia standardized prevalence rate was37.72%, high-TC standardized prevalence rate was7.22%, high-TG standardized prevalence rate was24.33%, low-HDL-C standardized prevalence rate was12.95%, mixed dyslipidemia standardized prevalence rate was4.39%.2、Factors of lipid level difference in gender, age, BMI (Body Mass Index) smoking and drinking were statistically significant (P<0.05). Difference in social demographic characteristics, physical conditions, life style and behaviors were significant different in the prevalence of each model dyslipidemia (P<0.05).3、Analyzing individuals’ dietary which has compared with the recommended dietary pagoda, overintaking oil, salt, meat was higher, and intaking of fruit, dairy was inadequate. Five dietary patterns could be concluded through Factor analysis method, which were the smart mode, the traditional model, halophilic and alcoholic model, vegetarian model, drinks model.4、found that gender, waist circumference, sleep status were correlated influence factors of high-TC dyslipidemia by influence factors analysis of dyslipidemia. Smoking, BMI,WC(Weight circumference),diabetes, halophilic and alcoholic dietary patterns were correlated factors of high-TG dyslipidemia. Sex, occupation, age, halophilic and alcoholic dietary patterns were correlated factors of low-HDL-C dyslipidemia. WC, halophilic and alcoholic dietary patterns were correlated factors of mixed dyslipidemia. Sex, BMI, WC, sleep status were correlated factors of dyslipidemia.Conclusion1、Higher prevalence of dyslipidemia among adults in four cities in Zhejiang province has been found, the prevention and control of blood lipid level need to pay attention.2、Over intaking oil, salt, meat among adults in four cities in Zhejiang province were found, fruits and dairy intaking was lacked which need to be promoted for balanced diet.3、Gender, age, BMI, WC, smoking, sleep, diet e and related factors were correlated factors in dyslipidemia, healthy ways of life, weight control, reasonable die were need to advocate.
