The Clinical Research Of Combining Both Xuefu Zhuyu Tablet And Antihypertensive Agents For Blood Stasis Syndrome In EH

Objective:To observe the effect of treatment combining both Xuefu Zhuyu Tablet and antihypertensive agents to patients of blood stasis syndrome in EH on clinical symptoms、blood pressure and hemorrheology, to explore its clinical efficacy.Methods:Diagnostic criteria of60patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases in each group. Control group choose pure western medicine treatment, the treatment group in the control group based on the Xuefu Zhuyu Tablet, a course of4weeks. Observing the change of blood pressure level, TCM symptoms integral and hemorrheology level, and test the safety index.Results:l.By comparison, level of syndrome integral, hemorrheology’was no significant difference (p>0.05), two groups of general information (gender, age, course of diseases), blood pressure level, the comparable.2.Effects on TCM syndrome:after4weeks, the treatment group were improved significantly (P<0.05); Control group dizziness, headache, stiff neck significantly (P <0.05), the rests no significant difference(P>0.05); Comparison between the two groups, dizziness, stiff neck was no significant difference (P>0.05). the improving of the rest of the all symptoms that the treatment group is better than that of the treatment group (P<0.05). The treatment group effectiveness86%, control group total effectiveness46%, treatment group was better than the control group.3.Effect on blood pressure:after4weeks, treatment group in SBP and DBP were obviously decreased (P<0.05), the effective rate was100%; Control group in SBP and DBP were obviously decreased (P<0.05), the effective rate was100%; Comparison between the two groups, SBP and DBP had no significant difference (P>0.05).4.Effect on hemorrheology:after4weeks, male:treatment group in whole blood viscosity (1s-1、30s-1、200s-1). plasma viscosity, deposited, erythrocyte rigidity index measures such as to improve the situation is better than the control group (P<0.05), blood sedimentation, blood sedimentation equation K value, erythrocyte aggregation index, whole blood (low cut and high cut) reduction viscosity, erythrocyte deformation index, fibrinogen indicators such as there was no significant difference (P>0.05); Women:treatment group in whole blood viscosity (1s-1,200s-1), deposited, erythrocyte rigidity index, fibrinogen index to improve the situation is better than the control group (P<0.05), whole blood viscosity30s-1, blood sedimentation, plasma viscosity, blood sedimentation equation K value, erythrocyte aggregation index, whole blood reductive viscosity (low cut and high cut), erythrocyte deformation index indicators such as there was no significant difference (P>0.05).5.Two groups of blood routine, liver and kidney function were not seen obvious anomalies.Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Tablet combined antihypertensive agents can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, blood stasis, and hemorrheology level of the patients with high blood pressure.
