| Purpose： to observe the therapeutic effect of arthroscopic micro-fracturesurgery in the treatment of articular cartilage Injury.Material and method：Select January2012-2012in December clinical dataof40patients in the orthopedic hospital in Shenyang arthroscopic surgery ofthe knee cartilage injury treated male patients22cases; female patients18cases; object of this study were age23-50years old patients, mean age (40.7±7.2) years of age.15patients with left knee injury; knee injury in23patients; knees injury in2patients; among patients with a clear history oftrauma four cases; patients before treatment, showed varying degrees of kneepain, joint swelling, joint friction and squat obstacles, especially severewhen the knee rest can be slightly relieved to have serious impact on thepatient’s life. All subjects were non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and avariety of physical therapy is poor or ineffective.40cases of the study wererandomly divided into A, B groups,20patients using exploratory arthroscopicsurgery to clean rinse treatment as Group A control group,20cases were treatedwith arthroscopic microfracture drilling treatment as group B that observationgroup, the extent of the cartilage damage in patients with preoperativeevaluation according to Outerbridge classification, according to Ly-sholm scoresystem knee function in patients were followed up for6-12months, observe the clinical effect.Results：After arthroscopy minimally invasive surgery,40patients of two groupsof patients with American hospital for special surgery (the at special surgery,HSS) knee score, Tegner sports ability score before treatment were improvedsignificantly. Postoperative observation group of patients Tegner sportsability score (5.0-1.3) points, HSS knee functional score (83.2-8.4),(4.0-1.2)were significantly higher than the control group patients,(75.8-13.6). Thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Observation group ofpatients with surgical treatment of total effective rate (95.0%), which is higherthan the control group (65.0%), the difference statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion：In view of the knee joint cartilage injury, micro fracture surgeryis an effective means of treatment, the operation methods of easy operation,high safety, less postoperative complications, shorter recovery time, materialconsumption, low cost, low price. Either acute or chronic cartilage injury,patients are different degree of reduce joint pain symptoms, delay the jointdegeneration and maintain knee joint function, can guarantee the basic qualityof life of patients, is worth popularization and application in clinic. |
