Objective：To observate with the arthroscope surgery in treatment of osteochondritisdissecans of ankle of the recent clinical effect.Methods：Retrospectively in our hospital orthopaedic from2009to2009under thearthroscope treatment all the24cases of ankle bone chondritis peeling through follow-up,follow-up observation of ankle pain, swelling, and activity and, respectively, by theAmerican association of ankle surgery (AOFAS) and Kofoed criteria evaluation of anklejoint functionResult：All the24patients were given follow-up, average follow-up time of13.4months, pre-operative AOFAS ankle function for subjective score (64.3±4.7),postoperative follow-up6months follow-up AOFAS ankle function of subjective rating for(87.4±3.2), preoperative Kofoed ankle function for subjective score (45.7±3.5）,postoperative follow-up6months follow-up Kofoed ankle function for subjective score,(89.6±5.1)), preoperative and postoperative difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).
