Research of occupational health is concerned with the health problems human suffer during all kinds of work, which is including working environment’s impact on workers’ health and measures of occupational hazards prevention。 The occupational health problem at present is considerably serious, with the cases of acute poisoning and occupational diseases rather numerous, which presents an urgency to improve laws, systems and supervision。In this paper, the monitoring and controlling of occupation hazard in Shenyang were studied。On the basis of the literature, The author analyzed China’s occupational status, features of occupational diseases occurring in Shenyang, the characteristics of occupational health of machinery industry, chemical industry and shoemaking industry。 From a historical point of view, the characteristics and traits of different periods of occupational diseases were analyzed, and the different occurrence and distribution of occupational health in all kinds of enterprises were also studied; distribution from the industry point of view, the occupational health problem in manufacturing industry in Shenyang ranks first line, and count for more than half of the total number;, while as the view to the type of enterprise, private enterprise account for half of the total numbers. Development of supervise model for occupational health were studied, a appropriate supervise model was put forward; manufacturing industry and private enterprise should been key-point supervised. For a typical dust hazards, noise hazards and toxic gas hazards, theoretical analysis and calculation were conducted.. Treatment for the actual site case was designed. The research supplies the scientific evidence for promoting the society harmonious and economic development of Shenyang.
