The Investigation And Analysis Of Occupational Health Status In Shenyang Ceramics Production Industry

Objective: The ceramic production industry has many occupational health problems,which belongs to the industry with serious occupational hazards.Number of ceramic production enterprises in shenyang is the first,no matter in the field of building ceramics production or ceramic production areas are significantly more than any other city,is the focus of the ceramic industry in our province and supervision management.This study is mainly to investigate and analyze the occupational health status of the ceramic production industry in shenyang.Through a thorough knowledge of the occupational health status of ceramic industry in shenyang,find the current ceramic industry occupational health supervision's main goal,for the supervision and administration of production safety department provide scientific basis for regulatory measures.Methods:By cross-sectional epidemiological investigation,in combination with 15 companies in the near future the evaluation report of occupational diseases and the occupational health examination results and the comparative analysis of the differences between different enterprises.The survey can be used in occupational health management situation,the laborer occupational health condition,the degree of risk of occupational diseases and occupational health training is reflected in four aspects such as ceramic production in shenyang industry overall level of occupational health.Results:The content of free silica in the dust of shenyang ceramic production enterprise was between 27.9% and 41.0%;the excess rate of dust in the dry position and the grinding position was 100%,the noise rate of the ball mill and the grinding position was 64.4% and 63.3%,respectively,and the high temperature supercalibration was21.2%.Different types of ceramic production enterprise of dust dust which jobs and occupational health examination normal ratio had significant difference between different scale ceramic production enterprise of dust dust which jobs and there were no significant difference between the occupational health examination normal ratio;there is no significant difference in the rate of dust and noise in ceramic productionenterprises with different time and scale;the establishment time is less than 10 years,the result of occupational health examination of ceramic production enterprise is better than that of the enterprise that has been established for more than 10 years;all enterprises have established occupational health management institutions,there was no significant difference in the results of occupational health examination of medium-sized ceramic manufacturers and small ceramic manufacturers;the wearing rate of dust respirator is only 33.3%,and the qualified rate is 20%.and staffed with full-time or part-time personnel in charge of occupational health management;all enterprises have set up the occupational-disease-prevention facilities in some positions,but the protective facilities are not perfect;only 38.9 percent of the workers know about the occupational-disease-related protection policies.Conclusion:1.The main occupational-disease-inductive factors in ceramic industry are dust,noise and high temperature.Dry post,burn post and edge position are the key control points of occupational disease hazard in ceramic production industry.2.The main cause of dust hazard in shenyang ceramics production industry is secondary dust in the working environment.3.The occupational health status of daily ceramic production enterprises in shenyang is better than that of building ceramic enterprises.4.The importance of shenyang ceramics production enterprises to pre-job physical examination is increasing day by day.5.The effective supervision of the government and the long-term training of enterprises play an active role in the occupational health status of the ceramic production industry in shenyang.
