Observation The Clinical Therapeutic Effect On Acupoint Paste Of Kui Jie Ning Plaster In Treating Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome Of Ulcerative Colitis And The Content Changes Of Serum Interleukin-10

Objective:to observe the clinical therapeutic effect on Acupoint Paste of Kui Jie Ning Plaster in treating spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome of ulcerative colitis and the content changes of serum interleukin-10(IL-10)Methods:Clinical selected60patients with spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome of Ulcerative Colitis and the patients were randomly classified into two groups, which were treatment group(Kui Jie Ning paste group) and control group (sulfasalazine(SASP) group), respectively. There were30cases in each group with the Kui Jie Ning or oral SASP treatment for60days. Compared the two groups with the clinical comprehensive curative effect and the improvements of Chinese medicine symptom, the microscopic intestinal mucosa and the content changes of serum IL-10after the treatments. All eligible patients were analyzed according to the intention to treat principle. Descriptive statistics were performed to compare the two groups of patients and all the statistical analysis was done with SPSS version17.Results:1the clinical comprehensive curative effect in treatment group was better than control group (P<0.05).2the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptom in treatment group surpassed the control group (P<0.05).3the total points of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptom in treatment group were better than control group, significantly (P<0.05).4the curative effect of single TCM symptoms such as diarrhea, mucopurulent bloody stool, diarrhea and poor eating less, coldness of body, disinclination to talk due to mental weariness in treatment group were more better than control group (P<0.05) and abdominal pain, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, abdominal distension and tenesmus were no shown significant difference with control group.6the mucosal curative effect in treatment group was better than control group, which were observed under the enteroscope (P<0.05).6the level of serum IL-10The level of serum IL-10significantly increased after the treatment in two groups with more marked elevation in treatment group (P<0.05)Conclusion:the acupoint paste of Kui Jie Ning plaster can significantly improve the clinical curative effect on treating spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndromes of ulcerative colitis in relieving traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptoms, intestinal mucosal lesion and improve immunity.
