| Objective:The content of TGF-beta and FN detection of rat in stage Ⅲ pressure ulcers,Observation of Elephantiasis myogenic cream in the promoting effect of stage of wound healing.Methods:Selected120healthy adult male SD rats cleaning,were randomly divided into blank control group,positive control group and research group,each group40, blank control group to the physiological saline gauze apply,positive control group to the hydrocolloid dressings, topical,team to the elephantiasis myogenic cream topical.After treatment of1day,7days,14days,21days in each group were randomly selected from trauma were put to death and take10rats the same parts organization made into slices,using immunohistochemical detection of TGF-beta and the expression of FN content, at the same time observe three groups of wound healing rate.Results:The three groups of the experiment, the experimental group showed the shortest time required(wenty-first days to completely heal),the healing rate was the highest (100%),positive control group, the healing time center(twenty-first days of healing),the healing rate of (92.41±2.93%), blank control group(for twenty-first days and nearly25%of non healing), the healing rate of (76.82±5.0%), the experimental group and the other two groups(P<0.05),expression of the three group TGF-beta content in their respective groups are seventh days maximum,the expression of TGF in the experimental group in the seventh day beta content is the highest in the three group,compared with other two groups(P<0.05),the experimental group FN content in Fourteenth days and reached the peak at the highest,then the content of FN gradually decreased,the positive control group and blank control group of FN levels has been on an upward trend,the content of FN in the positive control group was higher than that in the blank control groupthe;the experimental group and the other two groups,(P<0.05); experimental group and the other two groups at any time period TGF-beta content, FN content and the wound healing rate differences between the statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusions:For pressure ulcers ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats, the lephantiasis myogenic creamt can promote new TGF-beta in the granulation tissue and the expression of FN, thus promotes wound healing. |
