bjective To study the significance of the exspression of CD19+CD23+Bcells in mild to severe asthma.Methods56cases from inpatient departments and outpatient acute asthma attacte patients from February2011to February2012were chosen in Women and Children’s Medical center as exPerimental group. Based on the<children bronchial asthma diagnosis and Prevention guideline> revised by the Chinese society of pediatrics in2008, according to the incidence, divided into severe, moderate and mild degrees, which were named groupA、B、C、 And collected36normal children from shanxi province epidemiological investigation of incidence of asthma. Flow cytometry to detect the percentage of CD19+CD23+B cells in peripheral blood and ELASA immune light-emitting technology to detect the level of total immunoglobins E in serum. Results (1) The percentage of CD19+CD23+B cells in acute asthma attacte patients experimental group is higher than that of control group(P<0.05). And the tendence of the percentage of CD19+CD23+B cells in group A,B,C and control group are group A>group B>group C(P<0.05) and group A>group B>control group(P<0.05) and group C〉control group(P>0.05).(2)The level of total immunoglobins E in acute asthma attacte patients experimental group is higher than that of control group(P<0.05). And the tendence of the level of total immunoglobins E in group A,group B,group C and control group is group A>group B>group C>control group(P<0.05).(3) There was significant positive correlation between the percentage of CD19+CD23+B cells and the level of total immunoglobins E,(r=0.538,P<0.05).Conclusion Combined with total serum IgE levels, the rate of positive expression of peripheral blood CD19+CD23+B cells can be used as a means of auxiliary assess asthma.
