Objective:To evaluate the success rate of clipped PMMA-Silicone keratoprosthesis implanted into different degree alkali burned rabbit.On this basis,Choose alkali burn model of rabbit corneas suitable surgery.Lay the foundation for further experimental study,expect to provide experimental basis for indication of keratoprosthesis implanted surgery in clinical treatment.Method:In the experiment,Choose 20 successful Japanese big ear rabbit after 3 months of modeling(Their right eyes are as the experiment eyes).Among them,according to the different newly born blood vessel and corneal leucoma,is divided into Ⅰ level group(serious burns) and Ⅱ level group (minor burns), each group has 10 (10 eyes). Two groups are in the same way of artificial corneal implants operation by the same person. After surgery, we observed the recovery of the corneal under the slit lamp microscope,Set up the observe index:the rate and the time of artificial corneal in rabbit eyes;secondary glaucoma;anterior/posterior proliferative membrane; endophthalmitis; keratolysis. Statistics the number of cases in each group, In the end, analyze the data collected with spssl7.0 statistic software package.Results1.In the experiment,The postoperative complications included keratolysis n 6 eyes,secondary glaucoma in 13 eyes, anterokeratoposthesis membranes in 1 eye, retrokeratoposthesis membranes in 1 eye,keratolysis in 1 eye;The incidence of secondary glaucoma is 68.4 percent,The rest of the 12 cases of artificial corneal in rabbit eyes and continue to observe.2.According the rate and the time of artificial corneal in rabbit eyes to measure:The time in Ⅰ level group rabbit eyes is range from 22 to 188 days, average 85.40 days; Ⅱ level group is located in 68 to 203 days, average 139 days. The average rate of artificial corneal in rabbit eyes of Ⅱ level group is less than Ⅰ level group.The curative effect exist significant differences between two groups (P< 0.05)3.According the incidence of secondary glaucoma to measure:The incidence of secondary glaucoma of Ⅰ level group is less than Ⅱ level group.Because of the small sample sizes, the need for four tables exact probability method, results show there is no statistical different among the two groups(P>0.05);these data prove two different degree alkali burned is no meaning for the hypertention after surgery.Conclusion1.1 level group which are abundant newly born blood vessel that provide enough nutrition support for postoperative corneal,and more stable corneal leucoma that improve tolerance of cornea to hypoxia,is more suitable for experimental study.2.Two different degree alkali burned is no statistical different for the hypertention after surgery.And the incidence of secondary glaucoma is 68.4 percent.Secondary glaucoma is the main complications to affect vision of postoperative,that needs to solve behind.
