| Objective:This research investigated the possible mechanism of grain-moxibustion therapyin Lewis tumor-bearing mice,observed the spleen lymphocyte proliferation and the changes of IL-2 and IL-10, proved that grain-moxibustioncan improve the spleen lymphocyte proliferation’s ability and the levels of IL-2, the levels of IL-10. Thus explain that grain-moxibustion canadjust tumor related immune and provide the experimental research basis for the tumor therapy strategies.Method:Thirty male C57BL/6J mice randomly divided into three groups:grain-moxibustion group,Lewis tumor-bearing group,blank group. Established the models of Lewis tumor-bearing mice successfully, grain-moxibustion therapy group moxibusted the hou san li point for ten days, once a day. To observe the daily life and the tumor gr-owing status, MTT reduction process was used to observe the spleen lymphocyte prolif eration activity, to detect the content of cytokines IL-2,IL-10 by ELISA.Results:There were no statistical significance between the tumor body and weight of grain-moxibustion group and Lewis tumor-bearing group. Compare with blank group, spleen lymphocytes proliferation activity and the levels of IL-2 of Lewis tumor-bearing mice decreased(P<0.05), the levels of IL-10 increased. Compare with Lewis tumor-bearing mice, spleen lymphocytes proliferation activity and the levels of IL-2 of grain-moxibustion group increased (P<0.05),the levels of IL-2 decreased (P<0.05)Conclusion: grain-moxibustioncan effectively regulate immune function in tumor-bearing mice, enhance the ability of spleen lymphocyte proliferation, promote the Th;l-type cytokines of IL-2, reduce the Th2-type cytokines of IL-10. Correct the imbalance of Thl/Th2 system by tumor effectively, enhance the body’s anti-tumor immunity. |
