Objective:This paper studied the submerged fermentation process and chemical ingredient of Postia guttulata, and provided experimental data and scientific evidence for expanding production and further development of Postia guttulata.Thereby,it can enrich the origin of the medical fungi.Methods:1.The submerged fermentation of Postia guttulata :using organization separation method to acquire the pure strain, using the method of single factor experiment to optimize the best culture medium and the optimum condition of submerged fermentation, and determine the optimal fermentation period of Postia guttulata. At the same time,we also can get the mycelium for the subsequently experimental study.2.the study on the chemical ingredient of the Postia guttulata:In this study, the compounds from the extract were isolated by column chromatography, then the structures of all the compounds were elucidated by physicochemical and spectral data. Sulfuric acid- phenol method was used to determine the content of crude polysaccharide in fermentation liquid.Result:1.We got the pure hypha of Postia guttulata. And the best medium of shake flask was: 2% bran,0.3% peptone,2% glucose,0.1% KH2PO4,0.05% MgSO4,6mg/L VB1;And the optimum conditions of shake flask fermentation was: the temperature 27℃,the liquid volume 100ml/250 ml conical flask, the speed of shake flask 160 rpm, initial pH was natural, cultivate 6d.2.the content of crude polysaccharide in fermentation liquid is 1.76mg/ml.Five compounds were isolated from the extract of Postia guttulata. They are 5-Hydroxymethyl-2-furancarboxylic acid,Myrothenones B,ergosterol, ergosterol peroxide and uridine.
