Intervention Study Of Supplementing Qi,Nourishing Yin And Promoting Blood Circulation Treatment To Stable Angina's Heart Rate Variability

Objective:Stable angina is a common diseases threatening human health.In recent years,the incidence rate is increasing and has a younger age trend.This study applies the theory of traditional Chinese Medicine,and follow the principle of diagnosis and treatment of disease of TCM department of internal medicine,to research the supplementing qi,nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation treatment's clinical curative effect on stable angina and it's intervention study on HRV.Method:Put 60 patients of stable angina who meet this research criterion into two groups:one is treatment group and the other one is control group.Conventional therapy is adopted by the control group by orally taking Bayaspirin 100 mg qd,Metoprolo Succinate Sustained-release Tablets 23.75 mg qd, Lipitor 20 mg qn,Isosorbide Mononitrate tablet 20 mg bid.The other group,on the other hand,takes Shengmaisanyutang,a prescription,which includes dangshen 30 g,danshen 30 g,fuling 15 g,baizhu 15 g,danggui 15 g,shudihuang 30 g,wuweizi 12 g,chishao 30 g,maidong 30 g,gancao 6g.After four-week's treatment,we respectively study patients' dynamic electrocardiogram,traditional Chinese Medicine symptom score,the TCM curative effect,the angina symptom score and clinical curative effect on stable angina pectoris,the angina pectoris grade.All data of observation targets is put into database and analyzed by statistics by using SPSS17.0 software.Result: After four-week's treatment,the HRV,the TCM symptom score,the TCM cure effect, angina symptom score,angina pectoris curative effect,angina pectoris grade of the two groups both show significant difference before and after treatment,all these differences have statistics significance(P<0.05);After treatment,in the aspect of HRV(SDNN,SDANN, rMSSD,pNN50),the TCM symptom score,the TCM curative effect,angina symptom score,the treatment group show clear advantage to the other group,the differences has statistics significance(P<0.05),but there is no significant difference between the two groups on the angina pectoris curative effect and the angina pectoris grade.Before the treatment,the HRV of the treatment groups show no significant superiority to the other group(P>0.05);Pretherapy and post-treatment,the secure target of the two group has no clear difference.Conclusion:1.Shengmaisanyutang can obviously improve patients' clinical symptom and the traditional Chinese Medicine symptom,increase exercise tolerance,improve the quality of life of stable angina pectoris who were caused by deficiency of both vital energy and yin,blood stasis syndrome.2.Shengmaisanyutang combines with Metoprolo Succinate Sustained-release Tablets can further improve the Heart Rate Variability(SDNN,SDANN,rMSSD,pNN50) of stable angina pectoris caused by deficiency of both vital energy and yin,blood stasis syndrome,make further rffort to improve the cardiac autonomic nerve function.3.Conventional therapy with shengmaisaiyutang can better improve the clinical curative effect of stable angina pectoris,shengmaisanyutang has good auxiliary function,and the security is good.Also confirms the advantage of combination of the TCM and clinical medicine.
