The Clinical Effect Observation Of Tonfyingthe Kidney And Qu Yu On ComPrehensive Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective: By observing kidney Quyu combined therapy of chronic pelvic kidney and blood stasis clinical efficacy and safety, to explore its value in clinical practice.Methods: First, choose 60 patients who accord with the inclusion criteria of kidney dificiency and blood stasis type of pelvic inflammatory disease. Then, give the treatment group TCM 3 for pelvic inflammation and enema ta, and add dregs of decoction to coordinate lamp lighting up therapy. And for the control group, just give them TCM 3 or pelvic inflammation.Treat them separately for 4 weeks(withdrawal period). Observe the TCM symptoms of the two groups of patients before and after the treatment, gynecological sonography and partial sigh, and the change of tongue vein. In addition, survey the change of safety index, such as blood routinetests, urine routine tests, stool routine tests,ALT AST, BUN Cr and etectrocardiogram, and so on. At last, collect all the data and analyze them.Results: Comprehensive efficacy of treatment in this study group and the control group, the total efficiency of 100% and 96.55% respectively, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01). Treatment group and the control group of patients a comprehensive clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome, the efficacy of local signs were significantly statistical difference(P <0.01), the treatment group than in the control group; two groups of patients overall score, TCM symptom score, integral compare local signs were highly significant differences(P <0.01); the two groups B-pelvic fluid and mass to improve the situation. There was a significant difference(P <0.05), the treatment group than in the control group; physical and chemical examination respect, vaginal secretions cleanliness inspection, improvement in both groups and the treatment group than the control group; safety testing: before and after treatment, blood, urine, stool, liver and kidney function, ECG showed no abnormality detected changes indicate kidney Quyu method combined therapy is safe and effective treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Conclusion: Kidney Quyu combined therapy of chronic pelvic kidney and blood stasis has better clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, local signs, pelvic mass, such as fluid and clinical application of safe and effective, non-toxic side effects, it is worth further research and clinical application.
