Objective: Treated by traditional Chinese and Western medicine anastomosis and conservative and Western medicine for acute pancreatitis:a group to discuss pathogenesis and treatment of acute pancreatitis,observing the superiority of treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for acute pancreatitis, to facilitate better clinical promotion and use.Methods: We collected 80 cases of AP admitted to Shouguang Central Hospital from December 2008 to December 2013.According to the different therapy we depart the group into conventional therapy group(control group) and integrated traditional and western medicine therapy group(therapy group),contrasting two groups’ recovery of abdominal symptoms,signs,blood and urine amylase enzyme,and comparing the cure rate and the efficient rate,incidence of adverse reaction, recurrence and prognosis evaluation of quality of life.Results:The recovery of abdominal symptoms,signs,blood and urine amylase enzyme of the therapy group is quickly than the control group; The is low and the treatment group has lower recurrence rate higher patients life back rate, and low rate of adverse reactions. early cure rate and efficient rate of the therapy group is higher than the control group.Conclusions: Our research proves that integrated traditional and western medicine therapy can significantly improve the condition of patients with acute pancreatitis, improve efficiency, shorten the course of the disease, has the significant significance in the treatment of acute pancreatitis, worth clinical promotion.
