Comparative Research On The Central Aortic Pressure Of Prehypertension Groups In TCM Functional Community

Objective: Using the method of cross-sectional survey, gathering information of normal blood pressure high value people syndromes,comparative study on the high value of blood pressure normal standard syndrome at the center of the arterial pressure reference index, to explore the center of the arterial pressure development change rule of the normal blood pressure,and that will provide more comprehensive diagnosis for normal blood pressure high value evaluation, and further intervention and research about population epidemiological.Methods:Through a standard form of questionnaire survey to collect age, sex, weight, height as well as other baseline information, information on cardiovascular risk factors and quantitative data classification, screening out 433 prehypertension people older than 18 years who work in the organs and institutions in Ping Yuan county of Shandong Province during March 2013 to MArch 2015. Establish a single and combination syndrome types among the excess liver-fire syndrome, accumulation of phlegm-dampness, simultaneous deficiency of Yin and Yang and Hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency as the standard sub-type according to the "Chinese medicine clinical research guiding principles".Use non-invasive detection devices to measure the central aortic pressure which can compare the parameters in different syndromes.Entering all as a result to establish the ACCESS database, importing version SPSS 19.0 statistical software, which can provide statistical analysis of data. Comparing arterial pressure parameters at the centre of the differences between different syndrome types, analysising and researching community high normal blood pressure value, which will make us clear that the influence of different syndrome of central arterial pressure.Results:①Demographic characteristics and general situation of normal high value people: five variables(age, gender, BMI, smoking history, history of drinking) in 2013 and 2015, there were no differences between two groups;②Normal blood pressure high value function of traditional Chinese medicine community crowd is familiar witness syndrome distribution: in 2013, followed by getting the excess liver-fire syndrome(64/277), hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency(44/277). 2015 witness syndrome often followed by something excess liver-fire syndrome(51/156), hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency(49/156). Two years witness of syndrome distribution often highly consistent;③2013 group and 2015 in the central arterial pressure of the reference index had no significant statistical significance;④Familiar witness syndrome between 2013 and 2015 in the central arterial pressure had no significant statistical significance.Conclusion: ①Normal blood pressure values people shows the tendency of the young;②The standard syndromes of prehypertension people are the excess liver-fire syndrome, hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency;③The often witness syndrome(the excess liver-fire syndrome, and hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency) of normal high value people has absolute advantage than other standard syndrome;④Healthy lifestyle is beneficial to Center of arterial pressure of normal blood pressure values people;⑤High normal blood pressure values people suffered the excess liver-fire syndrome and hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency to center arterial pressure increase of profit is the same.
