The Clinical Efficacy Of Chai Hu Pi Yan Decoction In Treatment Of Lichen Simplex Chronicus

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of chronic simple lichen ChaiHuPiYan decoction combined with Compound Flumetasone Ointment for treatment, and control groups comparing Compound Flumetasone Ointment with its impact on quality of life. And discussion on its mechanism of action, safety and suitability to make it more comprehensive and objective evaluationMethods: The patients with lichen simplex chronicus 72 cases of blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group 36 cases ChaiHuPiYan decoction combined with Compound Flumetasone Ointment, and cooperate with external Compound Flumetasone Ointment, 36 cases in the control group. Treatment for 4 weeks, observation point in the 2th week and 4th week,by observing the changes of lesions, lesions range morphology and itching degree to determine the efficacy. And using the SAS and SDS, with the form of the questionnaire to collect data, the treatment group before and after treatment were compared with the control group, the level of quality of life.Results: Efficiency of the treatment group was 58.33%, the total effective rate was 91.67%, the control group of significant efficiency 27.78%, total effective rate was 72.22%, there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Effect of chronic simple lichen ChaiHuPiYan decoction combined with Compound Flumetasone Ointment for treatment of blood deficiency and wind dryness is exact, ChaiHuPiYan decoction can improve the life quality of the patients, the more effective.
