The Clinical Study Of The Compound Baixianpi Decoction Treating Lichen Simplex Chronicus Of Blood-heat And Wind-grand Type And Its Psychology Investigation

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of compound Dictamni Decoctioncombining catgut implantation at acupoint treating lichen simplex chronicus of the bloodhot air Sheng type， and explore the relationship between TCM syndrome type of lichensimplex chronicus and the degree of anxiety and depression.Methods:60cases of the blood hot air Sheng chronic lichen simplex patients wererandomly divided into two groups，the treatment group of30patients with catgutimplantation at acupoint with the Oral Compound Dictamni soup and topical paeonolointment，control group30cases Oral compound Dictamni soup combination with topicalpaeonol ointment for6weeks，observing the skin distribution range,itching degree and soon,to determine the effect. And self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depressionscale (SDS) are used to collect the data and analysis the difference of score in the threetypes of TCM syndrome by questionnaire.Results:the healing rate and total effective rate of the treatment group are73.33%and96.67%respectively while that of the control group are43.33%and80.00%respectively.There are significant deviation between the twogroups(P<0.05).28.42%of the patients with anxiety levels are higher than the normalstandard,23.16%of the patients with depression than the normal standard. In TCMsyndromes, the incidence of anxiety state steeped card common to the accumulated ofblood hot air Sheng, the incidence of depression common to the syndrome of wind anddryness due to blood deficiency.Conclusion:Compound Dictamni Decoction combining catgut implantation at acupoint has confirm curative effect of treating lichen simplex chronicus of blood hot airSheng type and low recurrence rate,high security. Psychological factors are closelyassociated with lichen simplex chronicus. The type of blood hot air Sheng is more commonin a state of anxiety, the syndrome of wind and dryness due to blood deficiency is morecommon in depression.
