To Observe The Effect Of Yangxue Qufeng Decoction Combined With Acupoint Catgut Embedding For Treatment Of Lichen Simplex Chronicus

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of chronic simple lichen YangxueQufeng decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding for treatment of blooddeficiency and wind dryness, and its impact on quality of life.Methods: The patients with lichen simplex chronicus60cases of blood deficiencyand wind dryness syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group30cases oral nourishing Qufeng decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding, andcooperate with external Compound Flumetasone Ointment,30cases in the control grouporal Runzaozhiyang capsule combined with topical Compound Flumetasone Ointment,treatment for4weeks, by observing the changes of lesions, lesions range morphology anditching degree to determine the efficacy. And using the SF-36scale, with the form of thequestionnaire to collect data, the treatment group before and after treatment were comparedwith the control group, the level of quality of life.Results: Efficiency of the treatment group was53.33%, the total effective rate was93.33%, the control group of significant efficiency20%, total effective rate was66.67%,there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05).Conclusion: Effect of chronic simple lichen Yangxue Qufeng decoction combinedwith acupoint catgut embedding for treatment of blood deficiency and wind dryness isexact, Runzao Zhiyang Capsule can improve the life quality of the patients, the moreeffective.
