Objective: By using quantitative evaluation and evaluation method based on doctors and patients, to observe the community rehabilitation suitable techniques for stroke recovery period(wind phlegm and blood stasis) effect of TCM syndrome score, NIHSS score, and the doctor’s acceptance, the patients satisfaction about the scheme. Evaluate the effectiveness and promotion of the project, and provide a reference and further application in the community.Methods: The cases, which were the patients with the wind-phlegm syndrome and stasis in the recovery stage of stroke, brought into line according to random number table to control the ratio of 1:1 was divided into the community suitable techniques treatment group(treatment group) and routine therapy control group(control group), and each group was 30 patients. The control group only received routine oral drug treatment, or self exercise rehabilitation, while the treatment group received regular rehabilitation guidance, and using community rehabilitation appropriate technology. Two groups were observed for 8 weeks. TCM syndrome score and NIHSS score were measured and compared separately at the start and end of treatment. At the same time, a questionnaire survey about the technical efficiency, simplicity and satisfaction will be applied in doctors and patients after a period of time or the end of treatment.Results: 1. Clinical curative effect evaluation: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%, while the control group was 63.3%. The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than the control group, and by Ridit level data analysis, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05), indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group. 2. TCM syndrome score and NIHSS score: after 8 weeks of treatment, the two groups of the TCM syndromes, NIHSS rating scale scores decreased significantly(P<0.01), the difference between two groups was significant(P<0.01), indicating that two groups in the improvement of stroke recovery period(wind phlegm and blood stasis) symptoms and signs are effective, and improve the degree of the treatment group is better than that of control group. 3. The application of appropriate technology after a period of time, the users of technology(including community physicians, nurses) conducted a questionnaire survey, 76% of respondents believe that the technology is easy or easier, and all respondents believe that the technology of equipment is very low or lower, indicating the community rehabilitation suitable technology can better be accepted by the community doctors, and easy to grasp, and can be applied widely in the community health service institutions in poor condition of equipment. 4. After the end of treatment, the technology receivers(patients) conducted a questionnaire survey, 87% of the patients believe that the technique is very effective or effective, 83% of the patients on the technology very satisfied or satisfied, indicating that the community rehabilitation suitable technology in recovery of stroke can bring positive effect, and can be better accepted by patients, suitable for a wide range of promotion.Conclusion: The community rehabilitation suitable technology can obviously reduce the stroke of TCM syndromes, NIHSS rating scale score, it has effective treatment of stroke recovery period(wind phlegm and blood stasis), and the clinical curative effect is obviously better than the routine medicine treatment. At the same time, the stroke rehabilitation suitable technology has the advantages of simple operation, low requirement on equipment, high availability and treatment satisfaction, and easily accepted by doctors and patients. It is shown that the rehabilitation appropriate technology for the treatment of wind phlegm and blood stasis type of stroke can bring significant effect, and is suitable for community promotion. |
