Objective: A retrospective analysis of 63 cases of MSCT imaging features in patients with gastric carcinoma, and to explore the relationship between gastric MSCT features and its staging, tissue differentiation; evaluate the value by enhanced scanning of MSCT in the diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods: 63 gastric carcinoma cases were confirmed by operation and pathology, collected by PACS of the first affiliated hospital of Wannan Medical College, from September 2013 to December 2014; all patients with gastric cancer with water filling before scanning, all data was uploaded to EBW 4.1 image post-processing workstation, and multi-planar reconstruction(MPR) as needed, and then contrast with the results of pathological and histological differentiation. Results: 1. The accuracy rate of 64-slice spiral CT for diagnosing gastric site was 93.65%; for judging tumor gross type was 87.93%.2. Gastric cancer which larger than 50 mm, depth of more than 15 mm, mostly poorly differentiated carcinoma; conversely, highly / moderately differentiated cancer more common, with significant difference between them(P <0.05), there was difference in the size and depth between highly differentiated and poorly differentiated on 64-slice spiral CT.3. Most gastric cancer lesions showed enhancement in the portal phase obviously, poorly differentiated carcinoma mostly showed marked enhancement, highly/moderately differentiated cancer showed light or moderate enhancement usually.4. A sizing film abnormal enhancement is an important basis for T-staging of gastric cancer, the accuracy of 64-slice spiral CT for diagnosing T-staging was 71.43%(45/63).5. The metastatic lymph node was significantly uneven mostly progressive enhancement, and the size of lymph node has relevance with metastasis; the accuracy of 64-slice spiral CT for diagnosing N-staging was 69.84%(44/63).6. The resources for gastric cancer in this group, there were five cases of distant metastasis have occurred, which were poorly differentiated gastric cancer.7. The different finding between poorly differentiated gastric carcinoma and well-moderately differentiated gastric carcinoma were statically significant on 64-slice spiral CT.Conclusion: 64-slice spiral CT features(tumor size, depth of invasion, and degree of enhancement) were correlated with histological differentiation(P <0.05); preoperative MSCT can more accurately determine the TNM staging of gastric cancer; MSCT can more accurately assess their depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, is useful in selecting clinical treatment programs and postoperative follow-up of gastric carcinoma,.
