The Study On The "Qu Feng Tong Luo Granule" Treating Angina Of Coronary Heart Disease And Protecting Endothelium Function

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of treating stable angina of coronary heart disease through applying the Qu feng tong luo granule and To probe into the mechanism improving endothelium function on rat model.Methods: Dividing 60 cases to two groups random: 30 cases take Qu feng tong luo granule and Yin xing ye tablet, 30 cases take Yin xing ye tablet respectively for 4 weeks. Building rat model of arteriosclerosis, dividing model rats random into 4 groups. Applying lab-checkup and computer-image manage, observing the blood and cardiac muscle.Results:Respectively, the general effective rate of Qu feng tong luo granule group and Yin xing ye tablet group is 86.67%, 60%; EKG effective rate is 76.67%, 50%; two groups have remarkable difference(P<0.05). After treatment, in clinical observe and experiment research,Qu feng tong luo granule group reduce blood-rhelogy, TC ,ET, AngII, PAI and hoist NO,t-PA, HDL remarkably (P<0.05),while the comparison groups is not. Conclusions: Qu feng tong luo granule has good curative effect on treating angina of coronary heart disease, can catabatic angina effectually, amend anoxemia on EKG, banish main symptom. At the same time, meliorate blood-rhelogy, modulate fat of blood, improve endothelium function. Bad effect has not token place.
