Objective:Observe the impact of isokinetic evaluation test system for patients knee function 、knee extensor(quadriceps) and knee buckling(hamstrings) muscle who with osteoarthritis from the clinical; If it can reduce the impact of knee pain;Comparing isokinetic training programs with others to find which is better for the recovery of the knee function and investigate practical training programs for the patients who with osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods:The 30 cases of osteoarthritis were selected from rehabilitation ward of the hospital during april 2014~august 2014,aged 43~71 years, mean age 55.32 ± 10.44 years, including 14 males and 16 females; bilateral sick 8 cases, unilateral sick 22cases; left knees 11 cases, right knees 27 cases, Randomized the 38 knees selectively, the experimental group of 19 knees accept isokinetic strength training program; in addition to the 19 knees of control group, receive conventional knee rehabilitation programs. Each group of patients beginning rehabilitation after admission in a week.in the control group, every one receive the isokinetic strength training test in the first day which begin training and the last day of eighth week; the experimental group was based on rehabilitation ship of the control group, accept isokinetic training times every day, each training three groups, each exercise 10 minutes, five times a week, two days break, adhere to training eight weeks continuously. Written the peak torque(PTvalue), flexion and extension muscle total work(TW), flexor stretch a single maximum work load(MRTW) value weekly, until the end of the eight weeks of training. Record the score of Lysholm knee、range of motion and the score of the kneepain detailed before and after training and analyzed the results statistically. Results:Eight weeks later, compared isokinetic training group(60 ° / s) of peak torque(peak torque PT), total power(total work TW), joint activity(range of motion, ROM),score of Lysholm knee, score of the knee pain with before training, P <0.05, meaning the statistics valuabled; the range of motion, pain score values of P less than0.05 compaed each other of two groups, meaning statistics significantly, suggesting that the effect of rehabilitation training roup was significant better thantraditional programs, comparison other data, Pvalues greater than0.05, suggesting that the statistics unsignificant, but the effect of the rehabilitation of patients, recovery was significantly better than traditional raining group.Conclusion:1. Patients with osteoarthritis of the knee rehabilitation system, which can effectively relieve symptoms, restore joint function and may be improve the quality of life.2. Isokinetic technology has good security, the advantages of high accuracy and repeatable operation, has been considered the best method to assess muscle function and training, it should be used in the rehabilitation of muscle damage widely.3. Traditional rehabilitation is also an effective way to improve knee function, although the effect is relatively constant in terms of training a little worse, but it does not require expensive equipment and specialized equipment operators, is still a wide spread promotion of training methods.
