Correlation Analysis Of Hcy,hs-CRP And Carotid Artery Plaque Among The Patients With Hypertension,and The Effect Of Drugs On Carotid Artery Plaque

Objective:Through the blood of the patients with hypertension in the detection of homocysteine,high sensitive C- reactive protein concentration,and analyze its correlation with carotid artery plaque,and observe the intervention effect of statins on carotid artery plaque.Methods:First of all,from 2013 August to 2014 July in 200 hypertensive patients in the Department of Cardiology of Wuhu First People’s Hospital treatment(hypertension grade 2-3).Exclusion criteria:secondary hypertension,near 1 month taking statins or other lipid regulating drugs,diabetes mellitus,hepatorenal function with incomplete,may affect the lipid metabolism disorders such as thyroid dysfunction,acute and chronic kidney disease,recent acute heart function failure or complicated with acute and chronic infection.Theneck vascular ultrasound findings of carotid plaque in 96 cases of carotid plaque of carotid artery plaque group,according to the degree of impact on vascular patients were divided into mild stenosis,moderate stenosis,severe stenosis and three sub groups;by cervical vascular ultrasound was not found to carotid plaque in 104 cases as control group.The comparison between the two groups and between each subgroup in the blood Hcy,hs-CRP value.Then,will find that hypertension in patients with carotid artery plaque according to sex,age,degree of plaques were divided into two groups,each group of 48 people.Atorvastatin treatment group taking the Atovatatin(Lipitor)20mg/d plus Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets(Bayaspirin)100mg/d for half one year,aspirin treatment group treated only Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets(Bayaspirin)100mg/d for half one year.After half one year of neck vascularultrasound reexamination and detection of blood Hcy,Hs-CRP.Results:1.Carotid artery plaque group and the control group of blood Hcy,hs-CRP,with significant difference(P < 0.05). 2.Hcy,hs-CRP levels were significantly increased with the increasing trend of the degree of carotid stenosis. 3.The statins group and aspirin group after treatment compared,carotid IMT,Hcy and serum hs-CRP levels decreased significantly(P<0.05),there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Hypertension in blood of patients with Hcy disease,hs-CRP concentration and carotid plaque and plaque severity was positively correlation. 2.Atorvastatin significantly reduced in patients with hypertension LDL, TC,TG level. 3. Atorvastatin can significantly reduce hypertension in blood of patients with Hcy disease,hs-CRP concentration. 4. Atorvastatin can significantly improve the carotid artery atherosclerosis in patients with hypertension degree.
