| Objective: to observe Huazhuo decoction for the principle of formula change chaotic soup for type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) with high uric acid hematic disease(HUA) of clinical efficacy. And to explore its action mechanism, diabetes combined with high uric acid hematic disease and provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods: 1.Type 2 diabetes mellitus and high uric acid hematic disease patients were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases), two groups of patients with diabetes health education and exercise therapy, and to give low salt, low fat diet low purine food, the treatment group given Huazhuo decoction and routine western medicine hypoglycemic treatment, control group given conventional western medicine hypoglycemic treatment, a course of 30 days, two courses of treatment, observe two groups before and after treatment in patients with TCM symptoms, blood glucose(FPG, 2HPG), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C), uric acid(UA), blood lipid(TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C), inflammation factors(TNF-α, IL-6).2.High uric acid hematic disease diabetic rats model, were randomly divided into blank control group, diabetic model group(DM group), diabetes, heightening uricemia model group(DM+HUA group), the Chinese medicine group, Chinese medicine treatment group give Huazhuo decoction, blank group and DM group, the DM + HUA group was given equal dose of normal saline, for 21 days, observe the general condition of rats, FPG, 2HPG, HbA1 C, UA, TC, IL-6.Results: 1. The comprehensive effect of the total effective rate was 93.33% in treatment group and control group was 66.67%, comparing the two groups have significant difference(P < 0.05). 2. The treatment group of TCM symptoms improve the total effective rate was 86.67%, control group was 56.67%, the comparison between the two groups have significant difference(P < 0.05). 3. Change chaotic soup in improving the diabetic patients with high uric acid hematic disease of FPG, 2hPG, HbA1 C, UA,FINS, TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,TNF-α,IL-6 has good curative effect, the treatment group before and after treatment with significant difference(P < 0.01) in the treatment group after treatment of each index compared with the control group after treatment between groups had significant difference(P < 0.01), the treatment group in hypoglycemic, uric acid, improve the insulin is better than that in control group.4. The pathological changes of the rats’ pancreas indicate Huazhuo decoction improve insulin resistance,and traditional Chinese medicine group is better than control group.5.Huazhuo decoction improve FPG、HbA1C 、IL-6、INS of diabetic with high uric acid model, and traditional Chinese medicine group is better than control group.Conclusion: this study verifies the Huazhuo decoction for the clinical curative effect of high uric acid hematic disease, diabetic laid a theoretical and practical basis for the further research in the future. |
