| Objective:To observe Huazhuo decoction improve type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) with endothelial function in patients with high uric acid hematic disease(HUA) clinical curative effect, as well as Huazhuo decoction of high uric acid hematic disease diabetic model rats endothelial function and the effect of verify the clinical curative effect and to explore its mechanism of action, for type 2 diabetes mellitus and provides the theory basis for the treatment of high uric acid hematic disease.Methods:1.Type 2 diabetes mellitus and high uric acid hematic disease patients were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases), two groups of patients in the foundation treatment: including health education and exercise therapy for diabetes, low salt, low fat diet low purine food, all cases with oral medications or insulin to control blood sugar. Based treatment with Chinese medicine treatment group given change chaotic soup, control group for the foundation treatment, a course of 4 weeks, two courses of treatment, observation of two groups of patients before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, blood glucose(FPG, 2HPG), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c), uric acid(UA), blood lipid(TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C), endothelial function(NO, ET-1), inflammation factors(TNF-α, IL-6).2.High uric acid hematic disease diabetic rats model, were randomly divided into blank control group, diabetic model group(DM group), diabetes, heightening uricemia model group(DM+HUA group), the Chinese medicine group, Chinese medicine treatment group give Huazhuo decoction, blank group and DM group, the DM+HUA group was given equal dose of normal saline, for 21 days, observe the general condition of rats, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, uric acid, creatinine, blood lipids, Nitric oxide, interleukin 6 and rat thoracic aorta HE staining.Results:1.Clinical observation showed that the treatment group of TCM symptoms curative effect the total effective rate was 93.33%, control group was 66.67%, the comparison between the two groups have significant difference(P<0.05). Huazhuo decoction in improving patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and high uric acid hematic disease of the blood sugar, saccharification, uric acid, blood lipids, endothelial function, inflammatory factors and so on all have good curative effect, the treatment group patients before and after treatment comparison has the extremely significant difference(P<0.01), and the treatment group and control group comparison between groups was very significant difference(P<0.01). The comprehensive effect of the total effective rate was 83.33% in treatment group and control group was 53.33%, the comparison between the two groups have significant difference(P<0.05).2.Experimental Research showed that Huazhuo decoction can effectively reduce the high uric acid hematic disease model diabetic rats blood glucose and uric acid level, and improve endothelial function, reduce inflammatory damage, and Chinese medicine group compared with DM+HUA group had significant difference(P<0.05).Rat thoracic aorta tissue pathology change that diabetic high uric acid hematic disease can increase vascular endothelial damage, change chaotic soup can delay diabetic high uric acid hematic disease model of endothelial injury in rats.Conclusion:Huazhuo decoction to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus and high uric acid hematic disease clinical curative effect, can improve the patient’s clinical symptoms, signs and endothelial function, and can control high uric acid hematic disease diabetic rats uric acid levels and endothelial injury, in-depth study of theory and practice basis for the future. |
