Detection Of Serum Food-specific IgG And IgG4 Antibody In Allergic Dermatosis Patients

Objective To investigate clinical significance of detecting food specific IgG and IgG4 in diagnosis of allergic dermatosis patients.Methods Enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA)was used to measure the serum concentrations of 7 kinds of food sIgE,sIgG and sIgG4 in 520 cases of allergic dermatosis patients.Results 1.The total positive rates of slgE,sIgG and sIgG4 were significantly higher than the healthy control group(P<0.01).During the seven kinds of subjects,the highest positive rate of slgE was crab,the highest positive rate of sIgG and sIgG4 were eggs.2.The detection results of food sIgG had good consistencies with sIgG4(0.4?kappa?0.75),while food sIgG and sIgG4 were both had bad consistencies with sIgE(kappa<0.4).3.There were no significance gender differences between sIgE and sIgG4(?2 are 0.630 and 3.193 respectively,P>0.05),while the positive rate of females sIgG was significantly higher than males(?2=4.229,P<0.05).4.The total positive rates of sIgG and sIgG4 were significantly higher than sIgE in urticaria,dermatitis.There were significance positive rates differences between sIgE and sIgG?sIgE and sIgG4(?2 are 22.963?17.607 respectively,p<0.05)in urticarias.There were significance positive rates differences between sIgE and sIgG?sIgE and sIgG4(?2 are 13.123?9.610 respectively,p<0.05)in dermatitis.The difference between sIgE and sIgG positive rate was unsignificant(?2= 1.669,p>0.05)in eczemas while the difference between sIgE and sIgG4 positive rate was significant(?2=5.498,p<0.05).Conclusion Foods can cause adverse reactions in different ways,joint detection of food sIgE,sIgG and sIgG4 had more clinical signification in diagnosis of allergic dermatosis patients.
