| Objective:The purpose of this research is to investigate the distribution and the relationship between the TCM Types and the length of the TCM in the diagnosis and treatment of the patients with condyloma condyloma in the Department of Dermatology of Wuhan city.To provide scientific basis and new ideas for preventing condyloma condyloma.Methods: The 106 patients choosed from Wuhan Chinese and Western hospital from May 2014 to 2015 February, according to the Chinese CDC(Center for Disease Control and prevention) indeed acuteness wet wart venereal disease prevention and control center in December 2009 issue of acuteness wet wart diagnosis standard. Record the clinical data of each patient, and follow the periodic review of the patients. TCM differentiation and classification standards for the 2012 Chinese Medicine Society promulgated the "Department of Dermatology common disease diagnosis and treatment guide".Results: ① TCM Type: divided into liver heat type, qi stagnation and blood stasis and spleen dampness. Liver of the 58 patients of damp heat type, 54.7%, spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome patients accounted for 43 people, accounted for 40.6%, 5 patientsof qi stagnation and blood stasis type of 4.7%.②The disease features: the length of the course of the patients was mostly within 2 months. The lesions were basically without symptoms.③Depression, anxiety: referring to the depression self rating scale, the anxiety self rating scale, and only 7 mild anxiety, and no depression patients.④ Recurrence: in 106 patients, 78 patients relapsed within a month, two patients relapsed within 20 months after the first visit, and 8 patients relapsed after two months.. The liver was the most short course of treatment for 14 days, the longest course of treatment for 45 days, the average course of treatment for 34 days, spleen deficiency wet Sheng type patients with the shortest course of 23 days, the longest course of 107 days, the average course of 47 days. |
