| Condyloma acuminatum(CA) is a common and easy relapsed sexually transmitted disease caused by human papilloma virus(HPV), it have some relationship with malignant tumor, there is still no ideal therapeutics method by medical doctor at present. Althouth Chinese medical science have better effection to CA at practice, there is still no principle study about anti-relapse of CA by Chinese medical science domestic up to day. You Du Jing(YDJ) is a series of traditional Chinese medicine agent which have better effect on anti-relapse of CA at clinic, this artic will further study the effect of anti-relapse of repea-CA about youdujing, and try to find out the mechanisms by FQ-PCR^ Immunology > microscope and Electron microscope in order to providing modern experimental evidence and other new methods for traditional Chinese medicine preventing and curing CA and other virus diease. 1. literature studyobjective:CA's prevalence rate is very hight, traclional therapies aren't ideal, and it's relapse rate still very hight. it is important to clarify the cause of relapse and find effect treatmental method.Method:this item summarize the cause of relapse and present state about traditional Chinese medicine treating and experiment stucling about CA near ten years in domestic and abroad.Outcome:It is all suggested that the relapse cause of CA is (1)clinical and subclinical infection un-thorough cured. (2)no-darnage area around disease bureau still existented masked infection, (2)immunity of host especially extra-blood cellular immunity is low and disorder, there is much more clininc reports about traditional Chinese medicinepreventing and curing CA, but less studies about the relapse of CA, especially the principle of anti-relapse of repea-CA by traditional Chinese medicine. It is suggested that our study focal point is recur-CA. 2.CIinic investigationobjective:CA is a common sexually transmitted disease infected by HPV. The sufferer number of CA has increased 10 times near 15 years, the treatment of CA is still using extra-treament at present, and the recurrence rate is higher after treatment, there are still higher recurrence rate after using assist therapy such as anti-virus drugs or immunopotentiator. In order to rise effect and decrease relapse rate, we are going to seek the therapeutic method of recur-CA about traditional Chinese medicine, this investigation will observe the control effection about YDJ agents resisting recur-CA at clinic.Method:120 cases were randomly allocated to Group A (treated with CO, laser), Group B (treated with interferon a), Group C(treated with YDJ agent), observated 4 months after treatment, observing marker is relapse.consequence:YDJ agent can utility decrease relapse rate of recur-CA. the recurrence rate in YDJ Group after treated for 2 months was markedly lower then that of the other two Groups (P<0.01). and no difference between contrast and blank contrast (P>0.05) . 3. Mechanism studyobjective:because of HPV's altitude host and constitution specificity, isolation and cultivation in vitro are unsuccess. Animal models are still not establish at present. Pharmacologic experiment methods of anti-virus such as chicken embryo or animal trial cannot apply to pharmacologic investigation of HPV.
